Dinosaur

Nestled in the beautiful scenery of Dinosaur National Monument, the town of Dinosaur offers an isolated, yet friendly, atmosphere.

The town, which boasts a population of about 320, s the southwestern region of Moffat County, about 90 miles from Craig.

Dinosaur sits on the Utah state line, and is only 33 miles from Vernal, which offers a variety of shopping, restaurants and other services.

Dinosaur does have restaurants, gas stations and a hotel, as well as a few specialty shops and a volunteer fire department.
